Instructions:

*Preheat oven to 350 degrees…

1- Start browning your meat on medium heat in a skillet.

2- Once your veggies are diced, throw them in the pan to begin cooking as well.

3- Meanwhile, line your pie pan with crescent rolls. This will make up your crust. Make sure the pieces of dough are sealed together and there aren’t gaps in the crust. (You DO NOT need to grease the pan.)

**If you have extra dough you can make a couple rolls or create a fun shape to put on top! I used my Texas cookie cutter to spruce it up a bit… (Don’t mess with Texa(n)s!)

4- Once your meat is cooked and the veggies are softened, lower the heat on the stove.

5- Add the can of tomato paste and the packet of dry Italian dressing to the meat & veggie mixture. Mix until the tomato paste is covering the whole mixture.

6- Place meat & veggie mixture into your crust.

7- Cook the Hamburger Pie in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. You can check for readiness by making sure the crust is browning. (If it isn’t cooked all the way through the bottom of your crust will be doughy…. Not a good surprise to bite into!)

During the last 5 minutes out your cheese on top and allow to melt.

8- Enjoy!!!
