This letter to moms of preschoolers, written by @WeareTHATfamily, encourages moms of young children. As a I juggle my three young ones, this letter offered affirmation and reminders of the joys of having young children. I hope that as you read this letter, you will find it as refreshing as I did.

4. Sanctification Parenting or Reputation Parenting

Do you parent your kids with sanctification or reputation in mind? I read this article by @WARDROBEDOOR and it caused me to think. This beautiful article addresses the root impetus behind how you parent. Read this brief excerpt from the article to give you an idea of what he talks about:

“Sanctification parenting is primarily concerned with the spiritual growth of your children. You do what you do as a parent with the goal of seeing them become mature believers in Christ.

Reputation parenting is primarily concerned with the spiritual reputation of the parent. You do what you do as a parent with the goal of having others see you as a respectable Christian parent. -Aaron Earls”

5. Raising Jesus Loving Kids

Raising kids that love Jesus is every Jesus lovin’ momma’s number one priority. This post by @LisaClub31Women titled “Raising Kids Who Genuinely Love Jesus” discusses practical ways that we can become effective in this area.

Motherhood is a crazy journey full of ups and downs. Sometimes we can feel burnt out, overwhelmed, and a little (or a lot) out of control. I hope that these articles have encouraged you in your journey.
